My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the well-appointed bathrooms, but connecting to an accessible room for my 97-year-old mother near the elevators was a bit disappointing. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist me, from providing maps for a walk to escorting me to the kiosk for my boarding pass. The location was perfect for me, being in the central business district of Clayton, offering convenience to various restaurants and coffee shops. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, with delicious and beautifully presented dishes, while the facilities provided added comfort during my stay.
My stay at the St Louis Ritz Carlton was a mix of highs and lows. The hotel is beautifully situated in a quiet cul-de-sac area near downtown, offering a peaceful retreat. However, the room setup was disappointing, with issues like missing cribs and cleanliness concerns. The dining experience was average, but the location was convenient for exploring the upscale district of Clayton.
